So the news is official. Michael Schumacher has announced he's retiring end of the season. It's about time. He's already in the History books of Formula 1 for most of his record breaking race. He's the champion among the champion!!

Now that Kimi is joining Ferarri for the next 3 years driving side by side with Massa, I hope to see more exciting race. However, it would be better if they put Kimi and Alonso in the same team. Then you'll see 2 most promising and talented drivers racing side by side in the same team.

Kubica proved us all that he is one rookie who can really drive fast. Congratulations to BMW Sauber Petronas for the 3rd placing. Not often you see a tall bloke driving an F1 car. Jacque Villeneuve, eat your heart out!! He can claim all he wants just because he was once a World Champion but he can't even put him self on the podium and blames the team for his failures. So, it's about time to give those new rookies a chance. Rookies like Rosberg and Kubica. They may not be driving in a fast car at the moment but they do have the talent when it comes to racing.

Happy retirement Michael Schumacher. It was fun seeing you race since I was introduced to this sports 7 years ago. I now have a new hero for Ferarri. Too bad Alonso is moving to McLaren though I wished it was also Ferarri. *sigh* You can't have it all. Well, if Schumacher maintain his consistancy through out the next 3 race and Alonso gets another 1 or 2 engine failures, he may well grab the title and retire at his peak. He's now 2 points behind the World Champion Alonso.

Ok enough of F1 talk.

Gotta go and entertain the kiddies. I'm stuck watching Animal Planet with my kids right now. I'm still feeling the loss of Steve Irwin because we've been stuck on this channel at home for the past couple of months. The kids just love watching this channel. *sigh* Too bad we didn't get the chance to go to Australia Zoo when we were in Australia last year. I was too weak to travel to that part of Oz land. I'm sure my kids would have loved seeing Steve Irwin in action. Ohh...Crickey!!!

Well Done Schumacher

It's not often you see someone who starts from the pit and be able to score points by the end of the race. Not in Monaco!! But he actually did it from 22nd place to 5th. Well done Michael Schumacher. You deserve the championship points.

Ok so MS was penalized from Pole position and starts from the pit. So he was blamed for stalling his car and blocking from the other drivers to set their fastest time.

Then again, he did very well for bringing his car from 22nd to 5th position. He's 1 stop strategy worked well. Ferrari has been very consistant with their strategy when it comes to racing this season. Well, the championship point is still to early to decide now. Alonso is excellent this season. My guess is that Alonso is chasing for his 2nd World Championship title before he move to McLaren next year. Knowing that McLaren is still struggling for realiability of the car, this is his only chance to grab the title.

Well let see how far MS is willing to go. Knowing that we have other talented and fast drivers like Alonso and Kimi, I personally think that he should retire soon. There's also a new rookie like Nico Rosberg who I think can go far. We will see. It's too early to say now. Don't get me wrong. I have been a big fan of Michael Schumacher and Ferrari. But I think he should retire like how Mika Hakkinen did few years back.

My Formula1 Review....

After watching our F1 raceday today...I'm glad to see something different from the norms. Well, yeah you have a Ferrari (yeay!) but having both Renault team at the podium was something really nice to see. MS made a silly mistake and took out Heidfield with him. Well, he probably got his strategy figure out so that the next race in SEPANG, he will get to use a new engine.

I find that the new FIA/F1 regulations this year is haywire!! OK, I think the Qualifying sessions are interesting to watch but when it comes to the real race, it's so boring. You can't change tyres as it has to last one whole race. You can only pit for gas which is fine. But...somehow, the whole race makes it too borrriiiinnngggg. The only excitement I got from watching the race today was when MS made a mistake and took out his country mate from Williams...DUHH!!

Ah well...atleast I get to see my 2nd favourite team at the podium today. Good race for them......

Minardi may not be racing this weekend????....

HUH? Whut? What the huh??

OK..ok..let's put aside the normal story of my life and divert a wee bit to Formula1 beside NOKIA. Something that I am a BIG fan with.

Minardi may not be racing this weekend Formula1 opening season in Australia???

This is CRAP!

No.1:

We purchase our Formula1 ticket few months back and unfortunately I can't go and see the race because I found out that I have Cancer and going through my "chemo" treatment during that weekend. So, no way I can go and see my formula1 LIVE!

No.2:

It's so CRAP to read and hear about your favourite team of all time..in my case FERRARI is the culprit behind this issue. Arghhh...... damn it!! Let the team race!!! So OK, they have a very low and limited budget and at the moment they can't afford to release a new engine. Results: They might slow down the whole race or what so ever... the reasons it may be....SO NOT FAIR!!!

No.3:

Come on man!...just because Ferrari dominated almost everything in Formula1, give those tiny small budget team some room and air to breathe!! (Just my personal views).

I love and admire Michael Schumacher and his way of life, the way he drives, he talents, attitude towards his love of sports. He is a LEGEND!! But now with all this commotions, it makes me wanna think of switching teams!!! I mean, it's not his (M.S) say. I mean (again), I have been such a Ferrari fan since I first was introduced to Formula1. Missed only 2 races before this here in KL. Uhh..I dunno... this is crap!!... This weekend race better be worth to watch...I'll might consider cheering for Renault, BAR or BMW after this!! Bwahahaha....

(Ohh..I can see that look on my husband's face now!! *grinning away*)

Renault??? Yess..FA..ooohh la laa...??

McLaren?? Hmmm wished it was KR and FA instead..but nehh..not if JPM is in this team!! :P

Sauber?? Ahh...always safe to say..so so..can be consider.....

Redbull?? DC?? Nehh no way!!

Toyota?? Ahh yess..the baby brother RS...let see if Toyota can be in the top 5 this year!!..

Minardi??...Aww..give this team a chance to race... the more the merry!!! :)

CONCLUSION: I'll stick to FERRARI for now..thank you very much!! Die Hard fan!!!
