A Whole New Season

Indeed a whole new season to look forward to this year. Formula1 is back and it's going to be an interesting season. I can't wait to watch Formula1 this season. 

Kudos Kimi. Let see you go through the chequered flag at the end of the race for Ferrari.

I'm amazed with how Alonso is doing with McLaren. Infact, Hamilton is doing very well with McLaren too. I forsee lots of fun this coming F1 season. Ohh laa laaa...

Anyway, still no news from the embassy. Looks like there will be some delay. Ofcourse I believe, there's always a reason behind all this. Insya'ALLAH dengan izinNYA.

Less Than 2 Weeks

Wow, I'm all excited and nervous at the same time. In less than 2 weeks, Insya'ALLAH my husband and I are traveling again. This time it's going to be the trip that we've been planning for almost 2 years now.

Honestly, I can't wait but at the same time I'm nervous. I'm looking forward for this spiritual trip and at the same time I'm going to miss my children. But it's all good. It's for a good reason. Insya'ALLAH.

I've been talking to all my friends who's been there. Everyone had a good journey. So right now I'm preparing my self for this trip.

I've got all the necessary clothing for this trip. What I still need to get is socks and masks. Though I won't know how the weather will be till we arrive there. All my medication has been packed. Though I still have one more doctor to see next week. Insya'ALLAH everything will be OK.

Gosh, I know I'm going to be so broke by end of this month but it's all for a good purpose and cause. Don't plan for shopping actually. It's not a shopping trip anyway. (Niat tu kena betul and ikhlas - Insya'ALLAH).

I will definitely blog about my trip. I may not have Internet connection for at least 10 days so I'll blog about it when I get back.

Do you know the one thing that I've learned about going through cancer? It's an experience that you'll never get to feel unless you go through it. It's a mix of good and bad. But it's all for a good reason. It's a turning point to a person's life. I've experience it. We'll never know when our turn is up but it's good to always remember.

I thank ALLAH for what HE has given to me. Syukur Alhamdulillah. It's better now than not getting the sign at all you know.

Takpe laah...asal kan orang tu bahagia. I've learned to accept orang tu punya character a long time ago. Except that I've never express it out so much especially in a blog. So now I say... I don't care and don't give a shit. Suka hati kau la labu!! Then again, I'm not really that pissed off. Saja je nak berdrama swasta. Bukan selalu pun kan.

As it is I'm very happy already. My life is blessed with happiness and kindness from ALLAH. Alhamdulillah.

Haiyaaa, as they say la kan..."Don't have to hide behind those goodiness/bagus-ness character-lah". Siapa yang makan cili tu terasa la pedasnye!! *wide grin* Tsskk tssskkk tak sangka!! I'm no tag queen or a tag queen wannabe!! (Hell NO! hahahaha) But I CAN be a drama queen at times. However since I've been slacking in my blog, so I guess I should do this tag for the fun of it. Well I was tagged by Ju the other day and since I have time today to blog, I'll do the tag. ;)

6 weird/craze/habits/attitude things about me? (I cannot decide so how?)

Weird/craze/habits/attitude/things or habits? Why 6 and not 7 or 8 or 9 or 15 or 20? (saja loyar buruk and being a pain in the butt). So here goes...

1. I love gadgets. No wait, I'm obsessed with gadgets. I can't live without gadgets.

2. I changed 2-3 hand phones a year.

3. I have more than 1 hand phones in my handbag (I think some of us do have that.)

4. I've owned more than 35 hand phones, probably 15 PDA's (and lost count of all already), for the past 9 years since I picked up the gadget craze God knows when.

5. Sometimes I buy gadget magazines more than those girlie magazines. (Ok, so I loike both the same).

6. I get excited about latest technology on communications and I'll ignore my surroundings when I get to play with new toys/gadgets for the first time.

Recently, my husband just got his new O2 Xda Zinc. When he brought it home from the office, he didn't even had the chance to open the box because I got to it first. I was fiddling with it over the weekend and he could only watched me fiddling with it. (Oh, I'm so bad lah. Pity the hubby.) The O2 Xda Zinc lost it's virginity to me!!! Hahahahahaha. I loike. But I don't plan to buy it because the hubby has it already. *wide grin*

Blardy hell, I sound like a freaking geek!!! Shit!!

There you go. You now know 6 weird things/attitude/habits or what ever you call it about MobileMom. Actually of course there's more to that list but heck, this tops it all!! I could list down nose picking, whacking husband on his arms because I love him, know more about cars then the hubby, owned more than 70 handbags - plus more than 20 wallets and purses (heeeheehee), enjoy sex... eh wait..we all do :P and that's not weird lah, ok..sometimes being sarcastic..oh wait..that's not weird, that's attitude. Oh well, many more which I know the list can go on and on... ha ha...*eyes rolling*

It Must Be The Age Thing

I guess the age is catching up on me even though I don't look my age at all now days.  Well, it's nice and fun sometimes when people starts to guess my age. They don't believe I have 2 kids and all but I do get a little annoyed when some don't take me seriously just because of how young I look. Ah well, my experience going through cancer has its pros and cons. You loose some and you win some.

I was sharing with my husband the other day how I can't read like I used to. I mean for example reading the newspapers, I now have to wear glasses. My long sighted vision is catching up on me. I'm only in my mid 30's and I need reading glasses. I can't read small prints like I used to unless I wear my reading glasses. It's not fair!! My husband doesn't need them but I now need it to read what ever I desire especially when the prints are too fine or small. *sigh*

Instead I get "But mommy, you ARE getting old!!" from my dearest hubby. :P Darn it hon, you are older than me yet you don't need those binoculars. It's not fair!!! :P~ "But hon, you look like a bookworm!!" he continued. Hoi!! Sattap you!! Enough already!! I said. :P

So here I am, typing away in my blog wearing my reading glasses. Maybe I should get those funky design bifocals(sp) or reading glasses heh? Atleast I don't look too geeky heh?

My condolences to Naz and her family who just lost her mom recently to big C. Everytime I hear about someone loosing their battle to Cancer, it somehow effects people who had gone through it and survived. Which includes me. May ALLAH bless their souls. They are now in a better place. Amin.

To that special person: You are one strong individual to be able to go through all those tests and scans. I would have gone beserk and swallowed 20 xanax!!! Goshh!! What a feeling!! You'll be fine my dear. I know that for a fact. I have faith in you and my instinct tells me that.

Uh..I loike

Ok so I'm in that suckers for gadget mood again. So sue me. I love gadgets. I love things that are mobile. Where do you think I got that nick from? :P

So Nokia have came up with a new N series which is so the very the Motorola-like design la. It's the new N76. Honestly it does look like the Motorola Razr series. Then again, it's the features that comes with it is what I look for. The WoW factors ofcourse. Nokia has the best UI features. I've tested and owned so many phones in my life and to me, Nokia has the best.

Can't wait to get my hands on this one too!! Well, since iPhone won't be out till early 1st quarter next year, I can always look forward for many more new releases of mobile phone technology.

However, I do hope Apple sees the importance of the need atleast 80GB of HD space and a faster RAM for the soon to be release iPhone. Or else it's not worth it lah! How do you put in PDA stuff, movie files and MP3s in a 4GB HD space? However, I think the combination of this iPod and mobile phone concept is excellent!! You don't need to bring 2 things when you have 2 in 1 right? What's next? You'll probably see the next innovative creation and design of a combination of Games, schedules, TV, MP4s, MP3s and mobile phone technology into one gadget. Which we already see some combinations of that so-very-geeky stuff now. It's all about testing the market and what the market wants.

Damn, forget about the handbags, shoes or some other girlie stuff for now. I'm on a gadget craze mood. I've been consuming too much information on gadget crap. :P Oh well...I'm still very happy with my Treo 750v. I loike it very much!! ;)

Blurry Vision

I know I have astigmatism. But lately I've been having blury visions at night before I go to sleep or when I wake up. It takes me a minute till my eyes focuses back to normal. It's been happening for the past one week. It starts when I closed my eyes for few minutes and later open back my eyes. I get blurry and cloudy visions. It will take me a minute and few blinks till I get my vision goes back to normal. *sigh* Could it be an early symptoms of possible cataracts? I don't have headaches when it happened though.

Hmm, it could be due to medications? Exposure of radiation? Too much of antihistamines? Effects of chemo and radiations? *double sigh* I guess I need to get my eye sight check soon and see if I need to change my specticles presciption.

Sometimes You Just Can't Help it

I couldn't sleep last night. I got the flu and cough bugs. From the kids obviously and as usual, I'll be the last person to get it in the family. *double sigh* My throat is so sore that I force my self to goggle up with salt water. I have to get well and my health needs to be tip top before my spiritual trip next month. Insya'ALLAH.

Anyway, few days ago I tried calling my good Aussie friend Finola but she wasn't in to pick up my calls. I didn't leave any message because I thought that I'd like to surprise her as usual. The this morning out of the blue, my house phone rang and it was her! She called me instead. Wow, it's like a connection that we have been thinking of each other. :) Isn't Finola?

Now Finola is able to read my blogs from Sydney. Finally!!! I'm sure you're going through the archives by now. I forgot to tell you that you have to read from bottom to top when you go to the monthly archives.

It's good to hear from Finola again after the last conversation we had couple of months back. I missed talking to her actually. So hearing news from her today was really good. I'm glad she called. Now that Finola has a computer at home, we can keep in touch often. Yeay!!
