A Day of Self Pampering

I've been desperately planning going for those "SPA"-like thingy for the past few months. At the same time, I also wanted a short vacation with hubby because we need that "break" since we got back from Sydney. Unfortunately hubby don't have any leave left after he used it all up for the Sydney trip.

Anyway I was fortunate that today, I finally had that opportunity to go for my "Self Pampering" at Energy Day Spa in Great Eastern Mall. I've heard and read about this place from the magazines. So since I had some free time for my self for few hours, I went and tried out their packages.

I didn't had the time to take photos of the facilities because I left my hand phone in the locker. I refuse to bring the phone with me especially when I want some peace and quiet moment during the treatment. I used to take along my hand phone when I used to go for my pampering session before I was diagnosed. I would take pictures of the facilities with my camera phone but not like TukangTaip where he would take pictures of him doing his self pampering!! :P

Anyway, I like the facilities at the Energy Day Spa in Great Eastern Mall. They have a good package and nice facilities. I'd like to try the one in Mont Kiara but it was closed today. In fact, the next trip, I might make a reservation or an appointment to try out their "Alternative" package. That would be a good relaxation treatment for me. The alternative package includes Reiki, Holistic Intuitive Counseling, Holographic Healing and Rainbow Reiki. This alternative treatment is done by a Certified Reiki Master who is an expert in the treatment mentioned above.

The treatment was good. I did facial and Relaxation Massage which took me almost 4 hours to complete both treatment. It felt really refreshing and nice. I haven't felt that way in a while. :) Ahhhh....Alhamdulillah...Life is treating me good. Being positive is a good way to psycho our mind to accept our life as it is and plan the best for tomorrow and the future. Insya'ALLAH.
